Frequently asked questions

Here are answers to the most common questions about booking websites.

Can I confirm bookings manually?

Yes. We can set up an enquiry model, where every request comes to you for confirmation, or direct booking that blocks the slot according to the rules. For many businesses an enquiry is the better starting point.

Is online payment required?

No. Payment is optional: a deposit or full payment through a payment processor is agreed according to the project's needs, and many websites work with confirmation only, without online payment.

Can an existing calendar be connected?

It depends on the system you use. We check connections via iCal or similar formats for the specific project; such exchanges are usually not instant, so we take that into account when agreeing the scope.

Can I change availability myself?

Yes. Through the website admin you edit availability, blocked dates, prices and rules, and after training you do this on your own.

Can the system support multiple units or locations?

Yes. The number of units, resources or locations is defined when agreeing the scope, and the rules can differ per unit.

How is the build price determined?

Based on the number of units and locations, the booking rules, the integrations required and the scope of the design. After a conversation we prepare an individual proposal; monthly maintenance is required with the build and billed separately.
