In this document
The General Terms of Cooperation apply to website, online shop, SEO, social media, maintenance and copywriting services, unless the accepted proposal or contract provides otherwise.
Proposal and acceptance
The proposal is published in Culin Panel with a version number. By accepting a specific version in the panel (the date, user and version are recorded) or by signing a contract, the cooperation is concluded under the terms of that version.
Scope of work
The scope is defined by the items of the proposal. Requests outside the scope are recorded as a change request and assessed separately before implementation.
Materials and deadlines
Deadlines run from receipt of the required materials listed in the proposal. A delay in materials or approvals postpones the deadline by the same period.
Approvals
Each version of the design, content or deliverable is approved in the panel. The number of included revision rounds is stated in the proposal.
Payment
The payment schedule (advance payment, phases, monthly services) is stated in the proposal. Invoices are published in the panel; the payment records in the panel are for information only and do not replace accounting records. (Terms of advance payments, instalments and VAT to be confirmed before publication.)
Monthly services
Monthly services (maintenance, SEO, social media) continue until cancelled. Cancellation is submitted from the panel; the notice period is stated in the proposal.
Ownership
Once all obligations have been settled, the client acquires the rights to the delivered materials to the extent stated in the proposal. Third-party licences (themes, plugins, fonts, stock photographs) apply under the terms of their authors.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential the information they obtain during the cooperation.
