Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the culin.me website, the Culin assistant and Culin Panel.

Use of the website

The content of the website serves to provide information about Culin.ME services. Prices and packages on the website are indicative and do not constitute an offer in the legal sense; only the accepted version of a proposal in Culin Panel or a written contract is binding.

Culin assistant

The Culin assistant is a conversation through which you prepare a project enquiry. When AI mode is enabled, the assistant is an AI that understands free text and asks questions; in basic mode it asks predefined questions. The assistant relies on the published Culin.ME services and packages, but it can make mistakes - the assistant's summary, estimates and answers are not an offer. The final scope, price and deadline are confirmed by the Culin team in the proposal. The enquiry is sent only after your confirmation.

Culin Panel account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your password safe.
• The organisation owner is responsible for the members they invite and their roles.
• It is prohibited to attempt to access the data of other organisations, bypass security measures or upload malicious files.

Uploaded materials

You confirm that you have the right to provide us with the materials (logo, photographs, texts) and that we may use them to deliver the project. Permitted file types and the maximum file size are shown when uploading.

Intellectual property

The content of the culin.me website belongs to Culin.ME or is used with permission. Rights to delivered work are governed by the accepted proposal or contract.

Liability

We strive to keep the website and the panel running without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We announce planned maintenance in the panel whenever possible.

Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. (Competent court and effective date to be added before publication.)
