This document explains which personal data Culin.ME processes when you use the culin.me website, the Culin assistant (the project enquiry conversation) and Culin Panel, why it processes them and what your rights are.
Data controller
The controller is Culin.ME, 12B Muftije Karađuzovića, Bar, Montenegro, email info@culin.me. (Full name of the legal entity and registration number to be added before publication.)
Which data we process
- Project enquiry and contact form: name, email and/or phone, optionally company, and what you write or select about the project.
- Conversation with the Culin assistant: the messages you exchange with the assistant and the structured project summary created from them. Do not enter passwords, payment card details or other sensitive data; the system automatically removes payment card numbers from messages.
- Culin Panel account: name, email, password (stored exclusively in hashed form) and session data (IP address and browser) for security purposes.
- Project materials: files, comments, approval decisions and ticket messages exchanged during our cooperation.
- Business documents: proposals, contracts, invoices and payment records.
- Technical data: access and error logs required for security and the operation of the system.

Conversation with the Culin assistant and unfinished enquiries
The conversation with the Culin assistant is saved as a draft so that you can continue later. The draft is tied to a random token in a cookie in your browser and is not accessible via a public link. Unfinished conversations are automatically deleted after 30 days; once the enquiry has been submitted, the conversation and summary are stored with the enquiry and the working draft is deleted after 7 days.
The enquiry is sent to the Culin team only when you confirm the summary by clicking "Send to the Culin team".
When AI mode is enabled, the text of your messages and the current summary are sent to the AI service provider, which processes them on our instructions, solely so that the assistant can understand the messages and respond. The assistant is an AI and this is indicated next to the message field; its responses and estimates are not an offer. (Name of the AI service provider, processing location and the provider's data retention terms to be added before publication.)
To whom we disclose data
We do not sell data. Employees assigned to your project have access to it. We use service providers who process data on our instructions (e.g. the server on which the application runs, the email delivery service and, when enabled, the AI service provider for the Culin assistant). How long we keep data
- Enquiries without cooperation: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you request deletion earlier.
- Cooperation data and project materials: for the duration of the cooperation and until the expiry of the complaint periods.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the periods prescribed by law.

Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. You can submit a request to export or delete your data from Culin Panel (Settings → Privacy) or to info@culin.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent personal data protection authority in Montenegro.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access checks for every resource, private file storage that is not publicly accessible and logging of important actions.
Changes
We notify panel users of significant changes. The date of the last change is shown on this page.
