What does maintenance include?
Technical care of the website according to the chosen plan: backups, system and component updates, security monitoring and SSL, speed monitoring and small content changes within the plan. Every intervention is logged in Culin Panel and the scope is defined in the proposal.
How are larger changes billed?
Small content changes are part of the plan. New features, larger design changes, integrations and similar work are additional development billed by the hour: you get a time estimate before we start, work begins only once you accept it, and the time spent is logged in the panel.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Yes. Before taking over we do an initial review of the website, access and existing backups, then propose a plan and, if needed, initial fixes that are agreed separately.
How does mandatory maintenance work?
Maintenance is required with every website build because it covers hosting, the domain, business email, backups, technical updates and changes within the agreed plan. The monthly price, scope and billing start are defined in the proposal, which also states the termination terms and notice period.
