First, we get to know your idea.

Through a conversation we define the goal, the type of project and the features you need. You do not have to know all the technical details in advance.

You:
You describe your idea, needs and priorities.
Culin:
We clarify the requirements and prepare the initial brief.

What the conversation looks like

  • One question at a timeThe assistant asks only what is needed for your project.
  • Suggested answers where they make senseYou pick an option or write in your own words.
  • A clear summary before sendingYour numbered enquiry reaches our team as a clear brief.

02

We agree the scope and the proposal.

Based on the agreed requirements we prepare a proposal that clearly separates the build, monthly services and additional work.

You:
You review the proposal, ask questions and confirm the agreement.
Culin:
We define the items, scope, timeline and delivery plan.

What the proposal clearly separates

  • One-off buildThe agreed project scope.
  • Monthly maintenanceRequired with every website build, billed separately.
  • Additional work by agreementNew features and changes outside the scope of the proposal.
  • Proposal versionYou accept each version or request a change.

The accepted version of the proposal stays on record.

03

Everything needed to get started.

Once the proposal is accepted, we organise the project, materials and next tasks in one place.

You:
You provide the agreed texts, photos, brand materials and the access we need.
Culin:
We organise the materials, check what is missing and prepare the next steps.

Material categories

  • Logo and brand
  • Photos
  • Texts
  • Access to servicesYou grant the appropriate permissions or share access through a secure channel, never as a password in a plain message.

Copywriting, photography and branding are not automatically part of every build. Their scope depends on the proposal.

We build. You review. We align.

We connect design, content and development with clear reviews, comments and approvals.

You:
You review the versions and send consolidated feedback.
Culin:
We develop the agreed solution and handle comments within the agreed scope.

How the review works

  • You review a specific versionEvery design or content version has its own number.
  • Comments in one placeConsolidated feedback instead of scattered messages.
  • Decisions stay on recordAn approval or a change request is recorded with the version.

We handle comments within the agreed scope. Requests outside the proposal are subject to a new agreement.

05

We check before launch.

We check the agreed features, forms, display across devices and the technical basics before the website goes live.

You:
You confirm the content and readiness for launch.
Culin:
We complete the checks and launch the project according to the agreed plan.

Areas we check

  • Forms and agreed features
  • Mobile display
  • Speed and basic SEO elements
  • Redirects for redesignsWhere applicable.

We stay with your project.
