The Culin assistant helps you prepare a project enquiry through a conversation. Describe your idea in your own words, answer a few questions one at a time and review the summary before sending it to the Culin team.
How to send an enquiry
- Describe your idea - On the home page, describe your idea in the "Describe the website you want…" field and click Let's shape the idea. A conversation opens, with your description as the first message. You can also start directly from the Start a project page.
- Answer the questions - The assistant responds to your description and asks one question per message. Suggested answers appear below the question: click one or write your own. For multiple-choice questions, tick everything that applies and click Confirm selection.
What would you like visitors to do on your website?
Send a booking enquiry.
What kind of booking?
- Accommodation
- Appointments
- Other
- Fill in the required details - The assistant does not ask again about what you have already written (e.g. your line of business, number of products or deadline). If you do not know something, write "I don't know" and the Culin team will give you a recommendation.
- Leave your contact details - Towards the end, the assistant asks for your name and an email address or phone number. One method of contact is enough.
- Review the summary - The assistant shows a summary: business and goal, services, functionality, materials and languages, deadline and budget, contact details and open questions. If you want a change, write it (e.g. "Add English as well") or click I want to change something.
- Send the enquiry - Confirm that you have read the privacy policy and click Send to the Culin team. You receive an enquiry number, e.g. UP-2026-0012. Keep it.
Saving the conversation
Who replies to the messages?
The assistant leads the initial conversation. Next to the message field you can see whether it is running as AI or in basic mode with predefined questions. The assistant's replies are not a proposal: the scope, price and timeline are confirmed by the Culin team.
What if I send the enquiry twice?
Nothing bad. The same enquiry is not duplicated, and a repeated click shows the same enquiry number.
Price and maintenance
The assistant does not make up prices or timelines. For a website build it does not state an amount: the price is set by the Culin team according to the type of website, functionality, content and scope of work, and a proposal tailored to your project is sent to you. For SEO, social media, maintenance and copywriting it may quote prices from the public price list.
Monthly maintenance is required with every website build; it covers hosting, domain, business email, backups, technical updates and changes within the agreed package. Maintenance is billed separately. The assistant states this before the enquiry is sent, and you can see the package, price and billing start date in the proposal.
