How to upload materials to Culin Panel

Allowed formats, maximum size, folders and what happens if the upload is interrupted.

Updated 23 October 2026Platform: Culin Panel

Steps

  1. Open Files ("Fajlovi") in the panel menu.
  2. Choose the project and folder, or enter the name of a new folder.
  3. Click Choose files or drag the files into the marked area.
  4. Watch the progress bar. When it says Saved, the file is visible to the team.

Allowed types and size

  • Images: PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF
  • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, CSV
  • Archives and video: ZIP, MP4
  • Maximum size of a single file: 25 MB (if the team has set it differently, the limit is shown above the upload area).

For larger materials (e.g. video), split them into several ZIP files or send us a download link in a project comment.

Interrupted upload

If the connection drops or you cancel the upload, the file is not saved and does not appear in the list. Try again - there are no partially saved files.

Files are private: they are visible only to members of your organisation and the Culin team, and can be downloaded only after signing in.
